Networking

From Terroir NLV we seek to produce the fruit of loving and participating with other churches and co-workers in the body of Christ for the sake of the Kingdom of God.

Through networking, Lye Heng, the founding pastor of NLV, hopes to create opportunities and platforms for peers to share resources, and come into life giving relationships with one another.

The current focus is networking amongst leaders of small independent churches or itinerant ministers in Singapore and from our immediate neighboring countries.

Building quality relationships with like-hearted leaders is one of our primary goals. So is having a safe place for leaders to bring into the open, rejection, hurts, unfulfilled hopes and other personal issues.

The idea is to invite the presence and power of the Holy Spirit to bring about a breakthrough of the Kingdom. But on our part, when we are willing to be open about our dreams and aspirations and willing to share resources who knows what can be achieved in terms of advancing the Kingdom and building one another up!

Some of the resources available to Lye Heng, which he will bring when appropriate to the table include:

• Lye Heng’s relationships within the Vineyard movement and with other local and international ministries

• Lye Heng’s relationships in the marketplace where the business owners and key executives are Kingdom minded and see their “business as missions”.

• NLV MicCE

• Sponsorship of roundtable times of prayer, candid sharing of vision and heart and insights to what God is currently doing in the respective communities/ministries, and to receive and give encouragement and healing

Footnote: Terroir (Tear-Wah ) is a French term used in wine making, which may be interpreted in many ways, but a basic definition is “the coming together of the climate, the soil and the landscape”. Concerning a particular vineyard, terroir comprises the local factors that enable the growing of the best fruit and which makes its wine distinctive.
