Really joyful service
Ethan brings such joy to Susan and I. I have learnt and began to appreciate that there can really be some work or labour which one can happily take on for the joy it gives. Would it be that all of our labour for the Lord be like that. This is an honest reflection which does not say that our present ministry is not rewarding or fulfilling. We have had some very great moments. However, to be honest, we are not yet at that stage of willingness or selflessness in all our service to you or unto the Lord as compared with taking care of Ethan. (Perhaps it’s because he is such a cutesy!) So there is much ahead for us to overcome and become. Help, Holy Spirit. Still with Ethan I have a foretaste of coming days when the yoke with the Lord is light and the work joyful joyful joyful. Hahaha.
