A most significant event

During our celebration service on 30 October 2004 Lead Pastors Stuart and Nancy blessed the sending of Dave and Sheila Johnson to launch the Vineyard Chiang Mai Missions Community. We are so glad to participate in this significant event. Throughout the meeting Lye Heng felt very privileged and delighted. One of our former pastors warned about a danger in sending (like when splitting small groups when they get too large). Melvin warned that it could be a S.A.D event, Split and Die. Well, Lye Heng felt delight about sending Dave and Sheila, and about S.A.D, thought that in this case it was Send And be Delighted. Susan said, it’s S.A.M actually, Send And Multiply. Whatever. We are just happy to be part of a most significant event, and we will misssssss you, Dave and Sheila! We have posted more pictures in the photo gallery.
